CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We offer tracked shipments, you can choose the shipping option before proceeding to check out

WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Unless you have paid for the tracked shipping option, there is no tracking number available. If you chose tracked shipment, your tracking number was sent to your email. Check your junk mail if you haven't received it

CAN I HAVE MY VINYL/CD SIGNED?

Unfortunately not. We all live far apart, signing items on request would be difficult. Every once in a while we meet up, so watch out for signed items in the webshop!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer payment by PayPal and bank transfer if credit/debet card is preferred
